Agenda Highlights
Program Directors Professor Barbara Casadei, Dr. Roxana Mehran, and Dr. Azin Parhizgar have created a dynamic agenda that will empower attendees to “Lead by Design” and will include didactic sessions, workshops, and case-based discussions. Highlights of the RISE @ ESC Congress 2024 agenda include:
- Decoding Your Personality: a session that will allow attendees to define their personal leadership styles
- Values-Driven Leadership: an address by ESC CEO Jean-François Riffaud
- Debunking the Myth of Mentorship & Navigating Institutional Culture: two lively panel discussions which will be led by RISE Program Directors and include a variety of leadership perspectives from notable guests
- Negotiating with Power: a workshop led by faculty from the Oxford University Women Transforming Leadership Program
- Situational Leadership: an interactive workshop featuring a team led by well-known Executive Coach Milly Sinclair

You will be re-directed to the European Society of Cardiology’s website to complete your registration. You can register for RISE @ ESC Congress 2024 together with your registration for ESC Congress 2024, or separately.
